She was predeceased by: her parents, David Fredericks and Evelyn. She is survived by: her husband Harvey Flatt; her son Harvey D. Flatt (Deborah) of Forked River, NJ.; her grandchildren, Christopher Flatt, Todd Flatt (Shiuna), Danielle DeNoia, Amie Schneider (Trevor) and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Andrew Flatt, Caralyn Flatt, Alyssa Flatt, Javon Jones, Tyler Jones and Benjamin Schneider.
