He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hart and Dorothy Hart. He is survived by: his spouse Babbette; his son Joseph W. Hart; his grandchildren, Cristiana and Travis; his brothers, Jonathan and Richard Hart; and his nieces, Emily and Kate Pardee. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
