She was predeceased by: her parent NJ; her husband Thomas Michael McGrath; her mother Louise Tarascio (Louise Tarascio); and her children, Donna Lynn Tarascio, Lyle Patrick Smith and Joseph Charles McGrath.
She is survived by: her sons, John McGrath (Rachel) of Blooming Grove, PA and Robert McGrath of Lake Ariel, PA; her grandchildren, Jessica, Heather, Eric Allen, Angela, Richard, Eric Thomas, James and Joseph; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Taylor, Morgan, Eric Jr., Kyler, Toby and Abigail; and her siblings, Arlene Santoro and Louis Tarascio.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be sent to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
