He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Polgardi and Elizabeth Polgardi. He is survived by: his wife Cathi Polgardi; his son David Otto Polgardi; his sister Diana Sittig (Polgardi); his brother-in-law Russell Barsky (Lisa); his nieces, Melanie Harmon, Sara Barsky and Michelle Barsky; and his nephew Daniel Sittig.
