He is survived by: his wife Catherine Kotlarchick (Anstett); his children, Michael G. Kotlarchick of Nampa, Diane Kotlarchick of Jamesburg, Linda Rubin (Paul) of Atco and Pauline Amabile (Vincent) of Jamesburg; his brother Andrew Kotlarchick of Wilkes-Barre, PA; and his grandchildren, Vincent Amabile, Anthony Amabile, Mikey Kotlarchick, Mikayla, Keara, Kiya, Jenna and Coco.
