He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Nowitzke and Elizabeth Nowitzke; and his sister Betty Kowalik. He is survived by: his wife Carol Nowitzke; his children, Jeffrey Nowitzke (Gina) and Stephanie Persing (Joseph); and his grandson Christopher Persing.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Lester Memorial (16 W Church St, Jamesburg, NJ 08831). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
