He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Martell; his siblings, Claire Hoffmann, Jean Hand and W. Homer Wolfe; and his parents, Helen Wolfe and Albert Wolfe.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Ruth Wolfe; his grandchildren, Leah, Jesse, Casey, Kelly and Chase; and his great grandchildren, Odin, Isis, Luca, Mia, Ava and Lillian.

Donations in Charlie's name may be made to Lt. John Farnkopf American Legion Post 401 or to the East Windsor Township Police Department.
