She was predeceased by: her daughter Patricia Ann Perez (Richard J. Connelly); her parents, Vincent J. Termini and Pauline DiBella (Frank Czarnecki); her siblings, Caroline, Lillian, Paul and Joseph; and her son-in-law Bob Buchin.
She is survived by: her children, Joann Buchin, Kathleen Herkert (Thomas) and Richard Connelly Jr.; her sister Paula DeSimone; her grandchildren, Angie (Chris), Shannon (Joe), GraceAnn, Thomas (Melinda), Richard (Allison) and Jesse; and her great grandchildren, Anasia, Mia, Norah, Mason and Riley.
In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of Mrs. Connelly may be made to the Deacons Food Pantry at the First Presbyterian Church in Jamesburg.
