He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thomas, Robert, Dennis, Julia Birmingham and Mary Livingston.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Mullane (Capriolo); his sons, John (Kristen) of Ponte Vedra and Timothy (Laura) of East Brunswick, NJ; and his brothers, George (Kimbell) and Terrance. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family has chosen to send donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Memorial & Honor Program.
