He is survived by: his wife Annette Pfieffer Page; his son Jeffrey J. Page; his brothers, James (Rene Page), Joseph (Kathy Page), John Page and Jerome (Gina Page); his siblings-in-law, Deborah Kripplebauer, Joanne Linkchorst (Alan), Joseph (Carol Pfieffer) and Michael McCue; and his extended family, Barbara Wilson (Charlie), Patti Page and Lysanne Garges.
