She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Maillard and Corinne Maillard; her husband Raymond Simmons; and her siblings, Connie, John (Jill), Peter and Russell.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond F. Simmons of Clermont, FL, Christopher W. Simmons (Andrea) of Clermont, FL, Steven E. Simmons of Pemberton, NJ and William M. Simmons; her wife Helen Rupp of Lakewood, NJ; her grandchildren, Christopher Simmons, Daniel Simmons, Ashley Simmons, Patrick Simmons, Brenna Botts (Josiah) and Nathaniel Simmons; her great grandchild Benjamin Botts; and her sister LuAnn (John).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jean's memory to the American Cancer Society, 2310 Rt 34, Suite 1-D, Manasquan, NJ 08736 and would be greatly appreciated.
