She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Skay and Herbert Benson; her husband George Dingfeld; and her sisters, Charlotte Nickell and Shirley Wittke.

She is survived by: her sister Sue Wright; and her children, Jeffrey Dingfeld, Janet Dingfeld, George Dingfeld, Caryne Lucas and Skip Lucas. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 26 nieces and nephews.
