He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Herbert and Lorraine Herbert. He is survived by: his wife Gail Herbert of Jackson, NJ; his son Jesse Herbert (Christine) of Holmdel, NJ; his stepdaughter Karey Fry of Jackson, NJ; and his grandchildren, Lena and Slate.
