With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald J. Butala of Jackson, New Jersey, born in Laurence Harbor, New Jersey, who passed away on August 13, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Donald may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Donald touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Butala Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary T. Butala (Jankowski); his wife Kara L. Butala (Long); his brother Lawrence Jr. (Margaret Butala); and his chow chow Baxter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends.
