She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Fazio and Mary Fazio. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey B. Schuckman; her children, Maria Cito (Lance Geil), Keri Eiseman and Keith Schuckman (Faith); her grandchildren, Cody Cito, Skylar Cito, Thomas Cito, Danielle Schuckman and Alexis Shuckman; and her brothers, Vincent Fazio and Peter Fazio.
