He is survived by: his wife Concetta Sassano of Jackson Township; his children, Sal Sassano (Kelly) of Long Valley, Michael Sassano (Del) of Lindenhurst, Theresa Thomas (Alan) of Leander and Stephen Sassano (Michelle) of Lincroft; and his sister Ninpha Cappuzzo (Victor) of Manasquan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
