With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edith Elizabeth Bolton of Jackson Township, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Edith Elizabeth left this world on January 29, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dermot Jeremiah and Edith Sullivan; her son Lance Bolton; her grandson Harold Bolton; and her brothers, Jeremiah and Charles Sullivan.
She is survived by: her husband Neil J. Bolton Sr.; her sister Claire Lisk; her children, Jill Bolton (Lucie), Jan Zaleski (Peter), Joy Bolton, Neil J. Bolton Jr. (Lorrie) and Keith Bolton (Diane); and her grandsons, Neil J. Bolton III (Allie), Michael Bolton (Alexa), Peter J. Zaleski, Jesse Zaleski and Connor Bolton (Jenny). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Higgins Memorial (20 Center St, Freehold, NJ 07728). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery (299 Freehold-Englishtown Rd, Freehold, NJ 07728).
