He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Louise Youmans Van Arsdale; and his siblings, Elizabeth Sobiero (Tony) and William Van Arsdale (Cheryl). He is survived by: his daughters, Brittany Van Arsdale (John Sontag) and Juliet Vanucci; the mother of his children Joanie Vanucci; his brother Harold Van Arsdale (Pam); his nephew Keith Bucky Novak (Jennifer); his friends, Wally Jamison, Mark Reynolds, Papo Bayron, Tony Nasta and Michael Grossman; and also John.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in David's memory to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, and would be greatly appreciated.
