He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester G. Price and Jeanette Price. He is survived by: his wife Doris Price; his children, Gary Price of Buffalo, NY, Kenneth Price (Jeanette) of Rochelle Park, NJ and Susan Spill (Keith) of Farmingdale, NJ; his grandchildren, Ryan Spill (Bernice), Kelly Bonito (John), Travis Price and Eaton Price; his great grandchildren, Jayce Bonito, Dane Spill, Amelia Spill, Mya Bonito and Elysa Spill; and his sister Jean Noon of Raleigh, NC..
