She is survived by: her husband Allen Weiss; her son Jeffrey Weiss of Buffalo, NY; her father John Makinen of Hobe Sound, FL; her siblings, Jussi Makinen, James Makinen of Hingham, MA, Barbara Thompson of Dana Pointe, CA, Michelle Mapstone of Andover, Thomas Mapstone, Heather Thompson and Jenny Thompson; and also Elli Mapstone.
