He was predeceased by: his parents, Nunzio Sica and Virginia Sica; and his siblings, Angelo Sica, Olympia Bonavita, Florence Gonnella, Josephine Poreca and Carol Roberti.

He is survived by: his sons, Robert J. Sica (Kristen) and Barry Sica; and his grandchildren, Brian Sica, Drew, Juliana Sica, Vincent, Janina Sica, Devon Sica, Brandon Garrett, Nicholas Sica and Dylan Sica.
