He is survived by: his friends, Mayor John McCormac and Fire; his children, William, Jr. (Joanne Montgomery) of Iselin, Nancy Klein (Kevin) of Pittstown, NJ, Dr. Jayne Pavlak-Schenk (Robert) of Colts Neck, NJ and Suzanne of Philadelphia, PA; his sister Margaret Barry; his daughter-in-law Lee Ann Pavlak; his grandchildren, Jordan, Meghan Klein, Jessica Schenk Eastman, Jenna Schenk, Jacquelyn Schenk-Raab and Jonathan Schenk; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Julian Eastman; and also Zalina.
