He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen C. Colligan and Marie Timmerman; his wife Carolyn Lee; and his brothers, Robert and Dennis Colligan.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Petrucelli (James F.) of Iva, SC, Kelly Coffey (Michael) of Townsend, MA and Brian S. Colligan (Anne Marie) of Fairfax, VA; and his grandchildren, Dawn, James, Stephen, Christopher, Joseph, Ryan (Mariana), Sarah (Kyle), Timothy, Jack and Faith. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
