He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quinn and Rosalie Quinn of Iselin; his son Robert Allen Quinn of Hillsbourgh; his granddaughter Shannon Starosciak of Iselin; and his sister Eileen Stephens of Whiting.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah (Stephens); his daughter Donna Starosciak of Iselin; his daughter-in-law Ann Quinn of Hillabourgh; his grandchildren, Phillip Valdivia II of Iselin, Emma Quinn of Hillsbourgh, Caity Quinn of Hillsbourgh and Ally Quinn of Hillsbourgh; and his siblings, John Quinn of Idaho and Patricia Kane of Avenel.
