He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda M Harris and Peter F. Prokopiak. He is survived by: his children, Alexander Prokopiak, Emilee Prokopiak and Peter Chace Prokopiak (Chace); his siblings, Elizabeth Schmidt (Andrew) and Christopher Prokopiak (Kathleen); and his stepfather Wes Harris.
