He is survived by: his wife Louise DeFazio (Iselin); his children, Peter DeFazio, Michael DeFazio and Diane DeFazio Sokol; his grandchildren, Nichole DeFazio, Kristy DeFazio Peters (Ryan), LeeAnne DeFazio Benson (Noah), Jaclyn Sokol Basso (Mark), John Sokol, Sarah Balogh, Michael DeFazio and Tara DeFazio; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Isabella Peters, Dylan Basso and Amiah Benson.
