He was predeceased by: his daughter Tanya; and his parents, William Mae and Ruthie Mae. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Chaplin of Smyrna, GA; his wife Johnnie Mae of Iselin; his grandson Durell Green; his brother Samuel Chaplin (Rosa Lee) of Decatur, GA; his nieces and nephews, Dazara Ware, Cindy, Devonda, Lori, Antonio Fortson (Abra) and Billy; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Akarah, Le'Sarah, Ali, Anton and Sean (Brianna). He is also survived by brothers & friends.
