She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Peter and Anna; and her siblings, Thomas, James, Vincent and Rose Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Koss (Kathleen) and Michele Dixon (James); her brother Charles; her grandchildren, Ashlee and Kevin; and her great grandchild Saige. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and great-great nephew.
