She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosa Pepe and Dominico Pepe; her husband Anthony Velazquez; and her siblings, Mary Eosso, Nancy Gentilucci, Margaret Vella and Carmen Pepe.
She is survived by: her nieces, Carmella Takacs (John), Lucille Girisi and Marion Weidner. She is also survived by Great Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Saint Andrew Catholic Church or Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital in Mrs. Velazquez's memory would be greatly appreciated by her family.
