He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter and Edith. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Rackley (Paul Bettinger), Elizabeth Rackley (Thomas Andriano) and Lee Rackley Jr.; his grandchildren, Chloe and Luke Bettinger; his sisters, Lynne Leitner and Carol Skoczylas (Mike); and his significant other Harley-Dog.
