He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Della Luna and John F. Della Luna; and his sister Linda Della Luna. He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, John and Danielle; his brother Paul; and his children-in-law, Rebecca and Vinny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, godchildren, cousins, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, those who feel inclined are invited to make a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Children's Hospital in his name.
