He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleveland Bynoe and Eileen Bynoe; and his son Cleveland D. Bynoe. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Stephen); his children, Carlton Bynoe (Cheryl) of South Plainfield and Corrinne Smith (Kenneth II) of Parlin; his grandchildren, Kenneth Smith III, Karter Smith, Christian Bynoe and Caleigha Grace Smith; and his siblings, Rosita Bynoe King, Coralene Watkins, Cleveland Bynoe, Jenis Griffith, Rolston Morrison, Ronald Morrison, Roslyn Bynoe, Karen Bynoe and Stephanie Bynoe.
