She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Murphy and Angelina Murphy (DiBiase); and her brother John Murphy, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Brian Voelkel; her children, Danielle and Bret Voelkel; her pet Dozer; her sisters, Joanne Murphy Zientek and Colleen Creighton (William); her nieces and nephews, Jennifer Lucas (Tyler), Katie Devine (Dan), Leigh Stanckiewitz (Keith), Ryan Voelkel, Kevin Voelkel (Nicole), Nicole Voelkel, Rena Voelkel, Bryce Voelkel and Rachel Voelkel; her great-nephew William; and her niece Mary Kate Devine.
In lieu of flowers, Jackie has requested donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
