She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Gottfried and Aaron Gottfried; her sister Melvia Silber; and her grandson Daniel Resnick. She is survived by: her husband Theodore Fineman; her children, Sanford Fineman (Joanne), Holly Resnick (Steve), Iris Weiss (Arnold), Alan Fineman (Stephanie) and Janet Unterhalter (Bryan); her grandchildren, Stephanie Benyi (Steve), Joel Fineman, Brandon Resnick, Benjamin Weiss (Tess), Liam Fineman, Fletcher Fineman, Sarah Unterhalter and Mandy Unterhalter; and her great grandchildren, Karli Resnick, Ava Benyi and Chloe Benyi.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in Helen's honor to the Jewish Federation of Florida's Gulf Coast.
