He was predeceased by: his parents, Sinforoso and Trinidad. He is survived by: his wife Teresita; his children, Michele Grube, Teresita Alberts, Dianna Gaddes, Angelita Hoover, Gerardo R. Usi Jr. and Rosalinda Horton; and his stepchildren, Maria Solomon, Maria Cruz and Christian Solomon. He is also survived by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren; 2 sisters; & many nieces and nephews.
