He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Dodich and William Dodich. He is survived by: his wife Ilene Nisbet Dodich; his children, Stacey Dodich-Ramos, Kirstin Dodich of Avenel and William Dodich of Point Pleasant; his sister Gail Giordano of Brick; his grandsons, Christian and Jaden Ramos; and his godson Joseph Giordano.
Frank wished for donations to be made in his name to the First Presbyterian Church of Avenel, in lieu of flowers.
