He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Harper, Edwin Harper and Joan Langer. He is survived by: his spouse Mary Sinicropi Harper; his daughter Lisa A. Escudero (Chris) of Bridgewater; and his grandchildren, Vincent, Elizabeth and Francesca. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
