She was predeceased by: her mother Loretta Golecki Motyka; and her brother Chester Golecki. She is survived by: her sister Elaine Nelson (Herbert); her sister-in-law Geraldine Golecki; and her nephew Richard Golecki (Yvonne Yurchak).
