She was predeceased by: her husband George Winter; her children, Georgeanne C. Pearsall and Gregory D. Winter; and her brother Harry Semenock. She is survived by: her parent Ukrainian; her grandchildren, Robert M. Pearsall, Coleen Pearsall Fletcher (Gregg), Maureen Anne Pearsall and Craig Fleishman; her great grandchild Heath Fletcher; and her nieces and nephews, Michael Semenock, Mary Merrell, Anne Wambach, Elizabeth Merrell, John Merrell, Kristin Walker, Heather Kelley, Harrison Semenock, Ben Wambach and Sam Wambach. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend, Anne loved to socialize, connect and talk, and could stay on the phone for hours with family and friends.
