Though Anna may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anna touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph and Anna; and her husband Nicholas V. DeTore. She is survived by: her children, Judy O'Halloran of Iselin and Nicholas V. DeTore Jr.; her grandchildren, Jessica O'Halloran, Luke Patrick DeTore and Matthew Otsuka O'Halloran (Natalia); and her great grandchild Logan Otsuka O'Halloran. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Costello-Runyon Funeral Home - Iselin (200 Cooper Ave, Iselin, NJ 08830). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 10:15 AM at the St. Ceceila's RC Church (45 Wilus Way, Iselin, NJ 08830). A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
