She is survived by: her children, Gilda Everett of Brooklyn, Mercedes Everett (Richard Harper) of Brooklyn and Adolph Everett (Kamla) of Iselin; her siblings, Luis Suazo, Josefina Suazo and Norma Suazo of Philadelphia; and her grandchildren, Ermiyas and Yosef.
