He was predeceased by: his parents, Philp D'Agostino and Gloria D'Agostino. He is survived by: his daughter Allie; his wife Patricia D'Agostino; his son Michael D'Agostino (Alison); his grandchildren, Kate, Bryn and Vincent D'Agostino; his daughter Allison D'Agostino; his grandson Daniel Thomas Bingert; his sister Gloria D'Agostino; and his nieces, Gina and Laura. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
