He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend James Salters and Joanna Williams Salters; and his siblings, Charles, James (Duke), Abraham, John, Ronald, Donald and Tessie Lee.
He is survived by: his cousin Katie Boatwright; his sons, Anthony (Wayne) and Keith; his grandchildren, Michael, Kyla, Antonio and Sydney; and his sisters, Hazel, Betty and Murylene. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, friends, and neighbors.
