He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanette Forte (Notte) and Anthony Forte; and his wife Josephine Forte (Cicchino). He is survived by: his children, Susan (Timothy Mullery), Diane (Rich Castens) and Michael L. Forte (Kerrie); his brother Rich Forte (Gwen); his grandchildren, Jessica, Tracey (James), Jordan, Tyler, Olivia, Michael John and Kylie; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Mason.
