He was predeceased by: his spouse Stefania Buniewicz; and his siblings, Ann Catena and Alex Buniewicz. He is survived by: his children, Eileen Hosonitz (Andrew), Tina Grif, John D. Buniewicz (Valerie) and Lana Buniewicz; his siblings, Luba Lukasewicz and Olga Kaminsky; his grandchildren, Ashley Gatti, Mark Grif and Savannah Grif; and his great grandchildren, Bruce Gatti and Paul Gatti.
