She is survived by: her children, Dr. Deborah S. Alexander, Christine Alexander and Jesse R. Alexander (Joanne); her grandchildren, Shannon J. Alexander-Mozoul, Nicole H. Alexander, Troy Bowie and Tyler Alexander; her great grandchildren, Devin Mozoul, Aiden Mozoul and Isabella Alexander; her nephew Herbert Sheftal; and her niece Leslie of Washington. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
