He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor "Lee" Patricia Zakosky Gladd (Gladysiewicz) and Walter Frank Gladd (Gladysiewicz); and his sister Linda Gladd Dick (Gladysiewicz). He is survived by: his wife Jenny Anne Kuszyk; his son Nicholas Alexander Gladd; his brothers, Kevin Gladd (Sylvia) of Fairfax and Paul Gladd (Holly) of Potomac; his brother-in-law Orvis Dick of Rockville; his parents-in-law, Patricia Walters Kuszyk of Harrisonburg and Richard Robert Kuszyk of Churchton; and his brother-in-law R. Nicholas Kuszyk (Tara Norvell). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
