She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Morris and Agnes Morris (Solis); her husband Frank Pollak; and her daughter Kathleen Stoyko. She is survived by: her children, Agnes, Frank and Tom (Elaine); her grandchildren, Shayna Sebold (Howard), Amy Stoyko, Bridget Stoyko (Andy Philip), Jim Pollak (Elyse) and Katie Martz (Binh); and her great grandchildren, Ayla, Holden Sebold, Vivian and Evander Philip. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and two sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Agnes's memory to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
