He was predeceased by: his wife Annette Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Karen Brooks, Scott W Brooks (Sharon) and William A Brooks (Meredith); his sister Janice Smith (Robert); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Danielle, Marin and Callen.
