He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ernst S. Johnson and Dorothy Boivin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnson of Howell; his child Wesley Theol Johnson, Jr.; his wife Susan of Howell; his grandchildren, Andrew, Joel, Kathryn and Whitney; and also, Susan Morris (Richard Hubble), John Johnson (Katherine), Laura Dusel (Charles), Gordon Johnson and James Johnson (Nancy) of Howell.
